I’ve been using this service for over a decade, but in the past year, I've seen a noticeable drop in reliability and a lack of customer support. Now, I often encounter representatives who struggle with English, even though I'm in an English-speaking area. I've faced multiple outages, and this is the third one. They claim it’s an internal problem. When I reach out, I receive vague responses. I've had three technicians visit my home already, and it’s been three days without WiFi. I’m making the switch to another provider. I've lost trust in this service. Good riddance!

They claim it's an internal issue, but when I call, I receive vague responses. I've had three technicians visit my home already, and it's been three days without WiFi. I'm switching to another provider as I've lost confidence in this service.
Initially, they buried the line only two inches underground. Ours got cut during aeration, and while the service came out to repair it, they left the line exposed. It's been over a month now, and I'm concerned they won't properly bury it when they finally address it.
It took 24 hours of chatting and calling for them to realize that the outage was solely affecting my connection. I received numerous unfulfilled promises and false statements, only to find out that I needed a technician to come out and resolve my issue, outside.
I was set to have the service installed, but just days before my appointment, their crew cut my existing line, leaving me without any internet. When I reached out, they offered no compensation for the inconvenience. They only said they would cover the reconnection fees from my previous provider, but nothing for the disruption caused. I had to rely on my mobile hotspot for work over the weekend. This experience showed me that they don't value their customers, leading me to cancel my account.
My experience with this service feels like a nightmare. It frequently fails, operates slowly, and is overpriced. It doesn't support many of my devices as promised. I regret leaving my previous provider for this service, and I'm considering going back to them.
In July alone, I experienced seven outages, often lasting several hours. If you work from home, be ready for financial losses. Every representative I spoke to was rude, with comments like 'you can switch providers anytime' and 'just use your PTO during outages.' I was promised credits but received only a small amount for those outages. Despite detailing my issues to a manager, I never heard back. To top it off, I received notice of upcoming work in my area that would lead to more outages.
I discontinued my service mid-contract due to its increasing unreliability. Initially, the service was good, but it deteriorated significantly over time. I began to experience outages every few days, and brief outages add up when you need a stable connection. Customer service acknowledged the issues but was dismissive when the connection was working during my calls. My attempts to escalate the problem were ignored. If you need reliable internet, I suggest looking elsewhere.
I was constantly bombarded with offers to switch from my previous provider. After making the switch, everything seemed fine until I needed assistance. When I called to change my due date, they couldn't help. I faced similar issues when trying to change my email and remove auto-pay. This service is greedy and unhelpful. I'm planning to cut ties with everything related to this company.
