Google Fiber is in my neighborhood, my house even had the fiber run to it by the previous owners. 4 different GF crews had to come to the house over the course of a month and I was never able to get internet. the communication between their departments was zero, so I had to keep calling or getting on the chat to find out if they fixed it, or if they had somebody scheduled to fix it. Each time, the customer service people had little to no idea what was going on. They didn't know what hardware google uses. They didn't know google's internal workflows (like how actually schedule a crew, etc).Finally, I gave up and requested a cancellation. Another dysfunctional rep -- two days later, no emails no nothing, and my card gets charged. I hop back on the chat and 53 minutes later they again told me the account is cancelled and my card is refunded. Let's hope this time was a charm. I'm NEVER going back to google fiber - They are worse than comcast!
