Their lack of professionalism is frankly embarrassing.They have built a system based on algorithms that are completely broken and out of control. They offend both customers and businesses by accusing them of lying—it is deeply insulting to be accused of "fake engagement" or "deceptive content" without any evidence. They don't seem to realize that this behavior is legally actionable as defamation.Everything is fine for them until they cross paths with someone who has had enough and is willing to spend the time and money to sue them.
