We run a network of franchises and therefore have over 150 listings with GMB. I’ve never encountered a more unhelpful company. Everytime you submit a support request, you just get an Ai response saying ahh not sure what you mean, but try these help guides. The help guides do not help! I could rant for hours about this. I wish Google didn’t have a stronghold on search engines as if there was a comparable alternative, I’d never deal with them again!!
