The hair is pretty good quality. I do take them out about every six weeks and wash them and put them back in and then after about another six weeks I do buy more just because sure they would last longer my main concern is customer service is terrible. They never get back to you ever the rewards never work. The coupons never work. I’ve been waiting for a reply from customer service for two weeks now and I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do but as long as you don’t have to contact customer service make a purchase!
