I’ve purchased hair extensions from many different brands, including some that cost over $400, and these have truly impressed me. The hair is extremely soft, has a beautiful shine, and feels very high quality. I haven’t experienced any issues at all, and the quality speaks for itself. This has easily become my go-to brand for hair extensions, and I’ll definitely be buying from this company again
I placed an order on December 31, 2025, based on the website's claim of 2-day shipping, without any indication that the item was a pre-sale. As of January 9, the shipping carrier only shows that a label was created, indicating that the order has not been shipped. This delay led me to miss a hair appointment and lose a deposit, leaving me without the extensions I needed for an upcoming event. This is the second time I’ve experienced this issue with the service. While the product quality is acceptable for the price, the shipping timelines are deceptive, and reaching the support team is challenging (email only, with slow replies). I hope this helps others plan better and not depend on the shipping timelines advertised.
Extensions were priced fair and arrived quickly. However, I have had them for 3 weeks and these are by far the worst extensions I have ever worn. I have worn extensions for nearly 20 years and have tried several brands over the years. I was initially attracted to this brand because of the price. There is a good amount of hair, but you will need it with all the tangles and shedding. I have clumps of hair come out every time I brush my hair. The texture has a slimy feel to it. The hair is thin and literally mats like a dog 5 minutes after styling. I had to go back to my stylist already to trim the ends because the hair literally breaks off and I am always working to get tangles out which leaves the ends straggly. I am well seasoned in how to take care of extensions. The issues are due to the poor quality of the hair.I am waiting for Donna Bella's Black Friday sale and will discard of these before my first move up. I really wanted this brand to work, but unfortunately I got what I paid for...
Ordered my hair on 12.10.2025. Still have not received it. After a week of purchesing I have sen an emial to ask when will they dispatch it, just to be told it is out of stock. No one could be bothered to email me to inform item is not in stock. They than told me to pick anything else from their website, which Idid. After all of that inconveniecne they than asked to tp pay difference !!! Like what? On website they say 3-4 days delivery, so after almost 20 days they still want me to pay the difference. Very very poor customer service, Would like to just let everyone know that I will be making youtube and tiktok review video so anyone can avoid this brand. I ordered these extensions for my daughter. They were installed by hand tying them in by her hair dresser, who is certified and does amazing work! Extensions were very bulky at the base, but she worked with them and did an amazing job. After 6 weeks, the extensions started matting HORRIBLY! She would constantly have to brush them out and after doing so, the mats would come right back. They might be great to wear as a halo or clip ins, but do not, I repeat, DO NOT order these for the intention of being hand sewn.
Ordering from Europe - ordered 16” clip in extensions. Unfortunately they were sold out but googoo offered me the same clips ins in 18”. It took 3 weeks to get them, because of this stocking problem(im also living in europe). But honestly it was no issue for me, and customer service is quick to solve any problem. FedEx was quick and precise when they were shipped out. 10/10 when they arrived. So soft and high quality for the price.
