Ordered my hair on 12.10.2025. Still have not received it. After a week of purchesing I have sen an emial to ask when will they dispatch it, just to be told it is out of stock. No one could be bothered to email me to inform item is not in stock. They than told me to pick anything else from their website, which Idid. After all of that inconveniecne they than asked to tp pay difference !!! Like what? On website they say 3-4 days delivery, so after almost 20 days they still want me to pay the difference. Very very poor customer service, Would like to just let everyone know that I will be making youtube and tiktok review video so anyone can avoid this brand. I am just waiting for hair to arriaved ( hopefuly this year) so thta i can comment on quality.I put it again so that you can find my order detalis.my order number is MRU150102
