The first painting was packaged incredibly poorly and was punctured in delivery. The replacement sent apparently has the canvas stretched too tightly because the frame can be seen through the canvas. I can’t imagine whoever was producing this didn’t notice the issue.
Love my painting and more importantly love the customer service. I was informed every step of the way, from receiving the order, to painting of the piece, when it went to framing and finally shipping. I was concerned ordering from an on line site, but don’t let that stop you!!My painting brings me a sense of calm and peace to my living area!
I like the piece. Your delivery was prompt. The entire edge of one side of the box had been ripped open, but the plastic wrap protected the frame. So there was no problem there. Luckily! The picture was slightly different than what I saw online, but it served the purpose of my needs. I’m really enjoying it. It was colorful, and gave a whimsical feel to my room. I see another piece you have I could use, but I want a really big one and I’m afraid to order a big one. What if I didn’t like it?
I am so happy with my artwork! I ordered The Wishing Tree, wow, it came out so beautiful. Everyone who walks in and sees it are very impressed. Everything from the time frame of order, the amazing outcome and the shipping in the most incredible crate for protection is all outstanding! My only regret was not having the artist sign the piece. I highly recommend this company.
