This has been the worst experience. From shipping to customer service to finding a solution!!!! They are terrible. The package was ordered in a timely manner and was still late shipping. Was suppose to be here today and now it's not logging on the tracking system again since 2/15/26. At this point just give me my refund.

It's different from all the other personalized items I've received in the past. When I got it, I cried. So beautiful. It's one of the most special and meaningful gifts I've ever given. The quality is incredible

This was for Valentines Day it came 5 days before.
I was at first alittle worried because the item had gone out of stock but they quickly restocked it and updated me swiftly.
I would also like to complement the customer service, they got back to me quickly, double checked if all if my information was correct for shipping and even informed me when it wasn't so I could get my package on time.
I 100% recommend this website for cute gifts for your partner.
My only caution is if you need your gift for a specific holiday/event, order it a month in advance.
I ordered my gift in January and it got here today in February.
Overall the product looks amazing and I am very happy with it✨️
Extremely disappointing experience. If you want to place an order and end up misled about what you’re actually getting, these folks are the wrong choice. I ordered what appeared to be a 3D printed figure of myself, complete with small accessories in a nice packaging. Instead, I received just a poorly done picture that didn’t even match the image I provided—they even missed my eyebrows. What a complete waste of $60. You'd be appalled if you saw what they sent me for that price. It’s unbelievable and truly dishonest. I share this to prevent others from being taken in, thinking they’ll receive something fantastic, only to end up with a disappointment. If there’s a way to reach out to verify the quality beforehand, I would certainly recommend doing that to avoid wasting your time and money.
The customer service and quality of products from MySpotifyPlaque are top notch. This is my second one! I love them both. The product is well made, the sound of the music is great, and I love that it has a magnet for my fridge, and that you can charge it like an iPhone. The time it takes for me to receive it is perfect. Thank you so much!!
