This was a really frustrating experience. I bought a few swimsuits. I didn't know what size I needed, so I bought a few in different sizes to try. I wrote in to customer support and asked about the shipping and returns to make sure this approach was ok, and they said there would be no charges for returns, even on shipping. What they don't say is that if you're in the US, you will get charged import taxes. Absolutely nowhere does it say that on their website, and they hide the charge as taxes. Typically in the US you are charged taxes on a purchase, so I assumed (incorrectly) I would be refunded the taxes on anything I returned. HEADS UP: you will not be refunded for any of the tax charges as these are actually import charges. I ended up losing $50. It would be really helpful if anywhere, even in the fine print, Gooseberry said this so you don't get stuck paying for nothing. I wrote in a few times asking for help but never received an answer to this. Super frustrating. I wouldn't risk buying anything from them if you're in the US unless you're sure you know your size. Two stars because the suits are actually cute and well-made.
