I ordered sofas with an installation service, which cost me an extra 120 euros. When the delivery driver reached out, I informed him it would take me 30 minutes to arrive. He then directed me to contact customer support. When I called, I was told I would need to pay an extra 120 euros to reschedule the appointment. If the installation service wasn’t provided as promised, why can’t the original charge be deducted? And if there's an additional 120 euros for rescheduling, I should at least have the option to choose a delivery time.
