I ordered sofas that included an installation service for an extra 120 euros. When the delivery driver called, I mentioned it would take me 30 minutes to get there. He then suggested I contact customer support. Upon calling, I was informed that I would have to pay another 120 euros to reschedule the appointment. If the promised installation service was not provided, why can't the original fee be deducted? And if an additional 120 euros is required for rescheduling, I should at least have the option to select a delivery time.

I recently bought a sofa from the outlet. Unfortunately, I wasn’t informed during the purchase that there’s no return option for outlet items. When I brought it home, I found a tear on the bottom that wasn’t visible in the store, and the color/size doesn’t fit my space at all. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times but haven’t been able to return it. While I understand outlet prices are lower, I believe customers should still have reasonable return rights, especially in cases of hidden damage. This experience has left me quite frustrated.
I visited the store and clearly explained to the adviser that I needed an electrically operated couch. The adviser showed me the electrical model, and I chose that version based on their explanation. However, I later discovered that the order was placed for a non-electrical couch, despite expecting — and paying for — the electrical model shown to me in the store. Since the order details were in another language, I didn’t realize the mistake at the time of signing and trusted the adviser’s guidance. The delivered product does not match what was agreed in the store. I am quite concerned about the service, and I feel affected by this situation.
The furniture is very beautiful but quite unstable. This was not mentioned on the website. They provided a plastic attachment for securing it to the wall, but I really don’t want to make holes in my wall for a piece of furniture. That’s very inconvenient.
