26/10They sent a faulty table.I reached out to the customer service and they didn't try to be pro-active to reach out to me.I asked when I would receive the new table and they told me WK13 of 2024 which is a ridiculous waiting period for a faulty item they sent me.I already waited 16 weeks for a table worth more than 1.000€ and this was their useless help.I am very unhappy as they sent me a brand new table that cannot be used and don't even try to come up with a solution, it is such a joke, they don't realize the impact they make on people. A client cannot wait 5 months. I wrote to them emails and on the chat on their website and nobody got back to me.Do not buy from them, poor quality for something very expensive on top of poor customer service.Update as of 28/11:I just received the call from the customer services that they open the truck and there's no table so the appointment I have for tomorrow 29/11 needs to be cancelled. How it is possible that you lost the table?!?!? It's now 5 months that I am waiting for a dining table, THIS IS SO BAD.I asked to have my money back and they are not replying - so unprofessional.
