I ordered sofas that included an installation service for an extra 120 euros. When the delivery driver called, I mentioned it would take me 30 minutes to get there. He then suggested I contact customer support. Upon calling, I was informed that I would have to pay another 120 euros to reschedule the appointment. If the promised installation service was not provided, why can't the original fee be deducted? And if an additional 120 euros is required for rescheduling, I should at least have the option to select a delivery time.
