We had 4 tickets for MotoGP at Catalunya last weekend. With an hour of being in Barcelona I had my backpack with tickets in nicked! We rang Gootickets Friday late afternoon and spoke to Marion who was really helpful, advising us on filing the police report and setting up contact emails to facilitate replacements. I received my replacements on the phone Saturday morning and the whole weekend was a great success. I would also like to thank the staff at the circuit who issued these tickets FOC and were equally as helpful.
