A total disappointment! We lost 800 EUR on tickets. They do NOT send the tickets before the event, and all contact lines are CLOSED. No one answers the phone! Avoid booking with this platform. We tried calling the provided number, but you can never reach an agent, and the call disconnects.

The platform is user-friendly, but I faced difficulties with the cart and payment process. After my card payment was processed, I received an email saying my ticket purchase was unsuccessful, despite the bank transfer going through. I’m currently waiting for ticket confirmation from their support team.
Stay away - despite having booking protection, they falsely claim no refunds are possible. Later in the year, I realized they should have issued a refund and reached out to them, but they blamed me. Their customer service insists on talking over you, dismisses common sense, and hangs up instead of taking responsibility. It could have been smooth, but their poor standards led me to leave a negative review and pursue a chargeback.
