It’s been a long time since I’ve stepped foot in a Go Outdoors and I clearly looked a little lost. Thankfully David approached me realising I needed assistance and was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. He gave me a lot of advice regarding the ideal boots I would require for my needs. His product knowledge was brilliant and I felt well looked after and prepared for my upcoming adventures. He helped with boots, socks (which hadn’t even crossed my mind) and I was so overwhelmed in the trouser section but David pointed out some key features that would be suitable and after trying on a few pairs I found what I was looking for. He made the whole experience less daunting and quite enjoyable. Highly recommend.
