We have just bought a pair of hiking boots for our daughter. We really appreciate Mike's professional recommendations. He was able to explain everything we needed to know to make the right choice. He is so nice and friendly, which made our purchasing experience very enjoyable. Highly recommended.
It’s been a long time since I’ve stepped foot in a Go Outdoors and I clearly looked a little lost. Thankfully David approached me realising I needed assistance and was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. He gave me a lot of advice regarding the ideal boots I would require for my needs. His product knowledge was brilliant and I felt well looked after and prepared for my upcoming adventures. He helped with boots, socks (which hadn’t even crossed my mind) and I was so overwhelmed in the trouser section but David pointed out some key features that would be suitable and after trying on a few pairs I found what I was looking for. He made the whole experience less daunting and quite enjoyable. Highly recommend.
Wonderful experience finding shoes for outdoor walking that fit my needs and my feet. Michelle was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the shoes and how to maintain them in good condition. I am very happy with the ones I have bought so far( North face hedgehog)
Rebecca and Mark were friendly and really helpful, recommending walking boots that would be waterproof and non slip without breaking the bank. The ones I tried were immediately lightweight and comfortable and a relief after wearing wellies all winter.

I was pretty done in after work, but wanted to get a new running coat. Went in and had excellent advice from Tegid on which to buy, who also reminded me to use my NHS discount. Top experience.
