I'm currently working with Pancham and the experience has been great so far. They are very collaborative and intent on finding the best solutions for our studio which includes building on the community atmosphere we already have. Everyone on the team has been great with communicating what the plan is and why they are using a particular approach. They're also very nimble; if something isn't working they adjust quickly. Our CPL has been low and, just a couple weeks in, we've got a lot of fresh faces coming in the studio. My biggest draws to the company are the guarantee as well as the fact that they nurture leads, which is great for a small studio with a limited number of staff like ours.
