Review Time
I’m currently approved to work in London on the Gophr app, but I need to change my working area to Leicester as drivers can only be approved for one area.There is no option in the app to change working locations. I’ve raised this multiple times through the ticket system and have repeatedly been told that “someone will be in touch”, but no one has contacted me in over a month.I’ve also emailed multiple emails but only have had a response from one that keeps saying to change the location through the app — which simply isn’t possible. This has gone round in circles with no resolution.This has prevented me from working and earning, which is extremely frustrating. I’m happy to comply with any process required, but there seems to be no effective way to get this basic change handled.I hope Gophr can resolve this properly and improve their driver support communication.
