We trusted Gophr to deliver items from our wedding reception to our home. Instead of leaving them securely behind our gate as instructed, the courier left them outside in full view.From our camera, we saw them look inside our box of wedding cards and then take it back to their van. That box held our honeymoon contributions and irreplaceable messages from loved ones. Other items, including our wedding cake, were also not delivered.None of this is covered by insurance, and Gophr has offered no compensation or real support. It was heartbreaking to end our wedding this way. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
Delivery well within time alloted so able to gain 90 minutes on my daily schedule. Driver polite and efficient and helped the poor old man - that's me - to being delivery to the door of my flat - a great help as I am not at all well. Very happy with service provided.
