I have been waiting a month for my package. And I think I have given up. Unfortunately, seur has not been able to deliver to any of the pick up points that they have for some odd reason, every couple days I get a notification that there was an incidence. Terrible customer service, the site is very unhelpful, you cannot call and speak to anyone that is helpful. I will mever buy anything being shipped by seur ever again.
They are the only delivery service that consistently delays shipments, says that they can´t find our address, or claims that we weren´t home. Then they park the package wherever it is convenient for them and you get to figure out when-how to get it. Every other service delivers to our location with no address issues. We avoid vendors who we know will use Seur for shipping.
Today, I received one package from a major online retailer, one from a grocery service, and a Chinese takeaway. However, during these delivery windows, the courier claimed we were not at home for their delivery. I'll let you draw your own conclusions about the kind of service they provide.

The service failed to deliver my package after four attempts over a week. The driver never reached my address, made incorrect markings, and even redirected my package to a pickup point that was closed. I had to purchase another monitor from a physical store because this service couldn't deliver the one I had already paid for. It's the most incompetent delivery service I've ever encountered.
The service is terrible. They never attempted to deliver my package to my home but instead placed it in a locker that required a QR code to open. I never received the QR code, and the package was sent back. Contacting them via email or phone is impossible. This is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced!
I can't believe this company is still operating after years of terrible service! They claim no one is home when I'm waiting all day for my package! They provide an unknown address while other couriers have no issues with the same details! Their website is broken, the automated system is useless, and it's impossible to reach support since the phone lines are always closed and reject calls immediately! Changing delivery options on their site is not possible, despite having options available! They are more known for mishandling packages than being a reliable courier. Avoid them at all costs!
