I would give no stars if possible. I ordered my kit on November 30, and after weeks of no updates, I reached out on December 16 with no response. I disputed the transaction with my bank, thinking it was a scam, and suddenly an order is on its way—AFTER CHRISTMAS and more than a month after placing it. This company is terrible. If anything arrives, it’s going back. Plus, contacting them is nearly impossible. Total disappointment.
