I placed an order on 11.30 and then received an email indicating that the item is out of stock. Nonetheless, it continues to be available for purchase online. My last two emails have gone unanswered. They promptly charged my account despite knowing the item wasn't available. I'm concerned about their willingness to assist with a refund. This has been a total letdown, especially since this was my daughter's primary Christmas gift. I will need to initiate a dispute with my credit card company.

Concerned about previous comments regarding communication and shipping issues, I reached out via email to gauge their response. I received an immediate reply, confirming that if I ordered that day, they would ship it the next day. True to their word, I placed my order on June 5, and by June 10, the package arrived. Just five days, and I’m in Poland! Therefore, I must give a 5-star rating ♥️ I’ll review the product itself next month when I unbox it. Thank you to the team!
I was thrilled about the product concept but faced issues trying to prime a black cartridge. After an hour of warming, pumping, and clearing blockages, I still had no success, and the pump hasn’t budged. The other cartridges were easy to prime. I reached out for help but received no response despite three emails over a week. I haven’t heard anything back, not even an automated reply. While waiting for a response, my product remains unused and is nearing expiry. I love the idea, but I'm frustrated with the lack of communication and support. I would give no stars if possible. I ordered my kit on November 30, and after weeks of no updates, I reached out on December 16 with no response. I disputed the transaction with my bank, thinking it was a scam, and suddenly an order is on its way—AFTER CHRISTMAS and more than a month after placing it. This company is terrible. If anything arrives, it’s going back. Plus, contacting them is nearly impossible. Total disappointment.
