We have had the Same issue with the sc epay card of the card being locked as if it was being used fraudulently, while we were doing standard business. It is like pulling teeth to get to speak with someone, and when we did , she blamed us we had attached a cash app account to transfer funds, when I told the arrogant "customer service" Ha, this she said that was the problem. That we should Not have done that and Now the card was being tempromental! I think the card company is being tempromental and hoarding all the cash they can in order to aquire interest on the money. Sure our measly amount wouldn't add up to much interest, but if you combine in it with the thousand of other then that's a Nice pay day for the bank! It seems to me that bank regulators would have pounced on this. Obviously they are pre paid too It's a shame that these money grubbing bastards can continue to get away with this stuff!
