I wish I could rate this ZERO stars if it were possible. I have to rely on this service for my child support, and it barely FUNCTIONS. What’s the purpose of this app? To ruin your day and cause frustration? If you're creating an app, ensure it operates correctly. I constantly receive error messages, and it directs you to a website that doesn’t work. Attempting to use the 'contact us' feature leads to ridiculous options or nothing at all most of the time. This app is terrible. How has it not been resolved yet? Many have been complaining about it for a long time. Improve it, especially since it deals with important funds that belong to us, which we should be able to access without ongoing issues.
This financial platform is extremely frustrating! I initially thought it was just me, but after searching for reviews, I found it’s a widespread issue. It shouldn’t be this difficult to simply LOG IN. I’ve cleared my cache, restarted my browser, tried a different device, and even attempted to sign up for a new username and password. To make matters worse, if a transaction gets declined, they charge a fee of $0.50 each time, even when you can’t check your balance. You have to call the number on the back of the card just to find out your balance. This is definitely not the way to go! I’ve also requested to change my direct deposit to my actual bank multiple times, but it seems like that process will take forever.

This feels like a complete scam. My card suddenly stopped working, and all transactions were denied. The app and website were useless, as was the customer support. I had to navigate through numerous prompts just to speak to someone. After explaining the issue twice, I was told I needed a new card but could expedite it for $15. I have no idea if I’ll actually receive it.
Horrible! I can’t access the website 99% of the time. I submitted an ACH transfer that needed verification, which was done, yet the funds were taken from my account without being transferred to my checking account. Four days later, the funds were returned to my account. It was never transferred. The representative on the phone was not helpful at all, and I struggled to understand them. This is the worst payment processing service I have ever encountered.
I’m unable to log in (even with correct credentials, cache cleared, and trying new browsers), and when I finally reached a representative on the phone, they said there was no way to contact customer service directly. They claimed they would submit a ticket, and someone might get in touch within 10 business days. I even called the third-party handling the program, and their customer service message indicated no representatives were available, then disconnected me.
