0 stars. Card gets declined at almost every location I try to use it at even though I have funds. Customer service continues to tell me it must be glitches at the store systems and refuse to take accountability that it is way2go issue. Customer services is so difficult to get in touch with, and when I do reach them, they are VERY RUDE, no matter how patient I try to be. Even asked to speak to a manager one time, and he was worse than anyone. Not helpful and very condescending. He told me to try the card again another day. That should not have to be an option since the money is mine, and it's very embarrassing to be at checkout and get declined. He also told me I have no idea how a card works or how to use it. I know it's not rocket science, and I am a technogically educated person who works in tech dev. Website will not let me log in (for many months now) and won't even let me reset my password, even after I clear cookies and cache. Won't even let me go past first screen. App crashes as soon as you open it,even after uninstalling and reinstalling. I have to call to check balance and I cannot monitor any transactions at all because of the inability to use the site or app. The necessity to use my full social security number to confirm my account is insane and a huge security risk. Comerica and Conduent really needs to fix this. I feel they are holding our money hostage in order to make more for themselves. Such a scam. Wouldn't have this card if child support switched to a different company.
