Let me start by saying I love this company’s products. However, their subscription program and customer service leaves much to be desired. I canceled my subscription because I had too much product and they sent it to me anyway. This happened twice. The second time, I immediately emailed them as nobody answers their customer service number. I indicated I wanted to cancel the order and my subscription. I received an email back indicating that because of their expedited shipping times the order had already been sent out, but they would offer me the order for 50% off. I emailed them back asking if the entire charge would be reversed and then a new charge would be applied or would they just credit me half of the charge. I indicated that I would be willing to keep the order at the 50% discount. I did not receive an email back but did receive a text message later in the day indicating that my order had shipped. I checked my account and saw that the original charge at the full price was still on my credit card and was indicated on my go pure account. I found it to be very deceptive to have indicated that the order had been sent out when indeed it hadn’t. My trust in this company has gone out the window and I’m sad to say that I will no longer be using their products. Beware of signing up for their subscription service as it is difficult to put a pause on it and you will end up with an excess of product. Shame on you go pure.
