Absolutely DO NOT recommend this product — the customer service is downright atrocious.** I gave the cream a fair try. It's fine, nothing special — honestly, no better than what I can pick up at CVS for half the price. But that’s not the real issue.I cancelled my subscription, got a confirmation, and yet they continued to bill me and send more product. Even worse, I used the *wrong* credit card for my initial purchase and immediately called to correct it. They confirmed the change. But guess what? The so-called "cancelled" orders kept coming — and they were charged to the *removed* card. Completely unacceptable.I’ve sent multiple emails, left voicemails, and BEGGED for someone to call me. Not a single response. No one cares. No one calls back. Their customer service is nonexistent, and the way they’re handling billing is shady at best.I wanted to follow up regarding their response. I double-checked my phone, and there are no voicemails—so I'm not sure who they believe they are calling. Additionally, I have multiple emails that directly contradict their statement.Avoid this company at all costs. They’re a nightmare to deal with.
