They advertised that their products can help tighten the skin on your neck

They advertised that their products can tighten and lift your skin. I got the neck cream, and used it for four months, (every day until it ran out.) I might see maybe a 5% improvement. I also got the glow pure tinted mineral SPF zinc oxide, sunscreen, lotion. And that product was super sticky, and I could never figure out what it did at all. I can use sunscreen on my face that isn’t tinted and sticky, and can buy it at the drugstore for less. So I would not recommend getting the one from Go Pure.

I love the products I purchased

I love the products I purchased, the Dewy and body scrub is amazing. Orders are always shipped really fast with no issues. The customer service team is amazing!

Love the product but...........

Love the product, but unable to cancel/hold subscription. I have 5 extras. They ship it every 3 weeks, no email response and website is not up..........they are having server issues it says.

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong! I ordered this one time to see if it works, but it doesn't. Turns out they keep sending this crap to me and there is nobody you can talk to . I have tried to email and call many times and you can't get anybody to respond!!!!!!! How am I supposed to return this within 30 days if nobody calls back or emails back!!!!! You all will take this all back and refund My money!!!!!!!

I had a package that was delivered to wrong address

I had a package that was delivered to wrong address. I never received. I let customer service know. Responded fast apologizing and will look into it. After that I have sent about 5 emails and no one will update me on resending the product out. I have been a customer for years! You can’t even call to talk to anyone. It’s just my email or message.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this product — the customer service is downright atrocious.** I gave the cream a fair try. It's fine, nothing special — honestly, no better than what I can pick up at CVS for half the price. But that’s not the real issue.I cancelled my subscription, got a confirmation, and yet they continued to bill me and send more product. Even worse, I used the *wrong* credit card for my initial purchase and immediately called to correct it. They confirmed the change. But guess what? The so-called "cancelled" orders kept coming — and they were charged to the *removed* card. Completely unacceptable.I’ve sent multiple emails, left voicemails, and BEGGED for someone to call me. Not a single response. No one cares. No one calls back. Their customer service is nonexistent, and the way they’re handling billing is shady at best.I wanted to follow up regarding their response. I double-checked my phone, and there are no voicemails—so I'm not sure who they believe they are calling. Additionally, I have multiple emails that directly contradict their statement.Avoid this company at all costs. They’re a nightmare to deal with.

Charge w/ no warning, locked out of acct

I have suddenly had a charge without warning. Up to now I have always received an email in advance. I am also locked out of my account despite requesting a password reset MULTIPLE times. I’ve also been asked for a review, and asked to verify my address. But no warning about the charge. And why would my address need to be verified after already having received multiple orders? I am extremely frustrated not to be able to access my account. I want to cancel my subscription.

If i could give a lower score I would. Not because tge product is so bad but their customer service is non-existant. You cannot cancel orders. I tried to cancel in January and this month it charged me again for a product I now do not use. I have received numerous orders since trying to cancel. This time I caught the charge on my bank account. I tried to email them because I could not reach a person. The email address, when clicking to send them an email came up NULL. Great way to avoid customers. There was no chat option for me. Very, very frustrated and unhappy.

Reasons why I will not buy Go pure.

These are the reasons why I will not buy:1.Ad says discounted at $33 not true at least for Canadians it's still $59 each, so maybe this is on US auto ship only.2. If they are able to provide lower price and free shipping on auto ship, why then can't they remove the $30 freight when you pay full price? That's a way to sort of trap you in (screams scam)3. If I only add the 3 jars as a one time purchase it won't let me, unless I add another product to the cart. Hmm glitch? I didn't think so. It's just a tactic to get you to buy more.Well then I prefer to spend my hard earned money somewhere I can trust.

I've been a fan of goPure for years and…

I've been a fan of goPure for years and use their products down to the very. last. drop. Literally have never had so many compliments on my skin as when I was using their Niacinamide Booster Serum and decided to subscribe so I never run out. Their vitamin C products are exceptional (try the dry oil!), and I'm a huge fan of how soft and hydrated the Dramatically Dewy Serum makes my skin feel. They are so clearly focused on their customers, from the knowledge they share on all things skincare to their wonderful service. I also really appreciate that they're constantly innovating and coming out with fresh new products with a purpose—not just the same old things. They're extremely transparent with their ingredients as well, so I always feel good about putting their products on my skin. Affordable AND effective!
