I ordered the neck cream and like the product OK. I had it set to subscription and could've sworn it said they'd send a subscription reminder 3 days before sending out the next shipment, but they did not. When I went to cancel and it asked if I wanted to pause instead, it did explicitly say they would remind me 3 days before; but it seems like that's not a promise they make at the outset. I don't trust that they would follow through on the email reminders if I paused my subscription, and I don't particularly want to personally keep track of this subscription, so if I purchase again I'll do a one-time.
