The communication with the company has been frustrating. Why advertise products that aren’t available? Additionally, I ordered heels in one size, but received a different size instead. I have been trying to resolve this for two weeks, and the issue remains unresolved. I am quite frustrated with the lack of consistency and the difficulty in obtaining proper customer service. Based on this experience, I would not consider making another purchase. Now, I feel compelled to dispute the charge since I haven't received a refund or the correct shoe size.
