I've placed several orders with the company and have always been pleased with the quality of their bags. When I encountered an issue with one of my orders, the customer service was exceptional. I regularly suggest this reliable platform to my family and friends, and I will certainly keep buying more bags.
I placed an order on December 27th, 2025, but have received no shipping updates since January 8th. When I reached out, I only got a chatbot response that promised to email me back, but that hasn't happened. I also emailed customer service directly and received no reply. The shipping company listed as the carrier for my package appears to be nonexistent according to online searches. I've requested a refund several times without any success, and the tracking number provided only shows up on their site, returning no results with any carrier. I strongly suspect this company is a scam, as it seems they are holding products and faking shipments until they confirm payment, after which all movement ceases.
I was asked to write a review before receiving my items in exchange for a free wallet. After placing my order, I found that one purse was out of stock. I was prompted to select a new one, but that was also unavailable. I ended up choosing four different purses, all of which were listed but none were actually in stock. The communication with the company has been frustrating. Why advertise products that aren’t available? Additionally, I ordered heels in one size, but received a different size instead. I have been trying to resolve this for two weeks, and the issue remains unresolved. I am quite frustrated with the lack of consistency and the difficulty in obtaining proper customer service. Based on this experience, I would not consider making another purchase. Now, I feel compelled to dispute the charge since I haven't received a refund or the correct shoe size.
The bags are of very low quality, and the customer service is even worse. They refuse to accept returns, which is a major warning sign. It's clear they are aware of the subpar items they are sending out, leading to a strict no-return policy. If you simply 'don’t like the bag', they won't take it back unless it's defective. The actual products look nothing like the images on their platform. I've encountered better quality bags at local stores. Anyone endorsing this service likely received their items for free in exchange for a favorable review. Save your money! AVOID PURCHASING FROM THEM.
I placed an order for a purse, but the photo and video I received showed the wrong color. I contacted the support team via messaging, and they promptly responded to all my inquiries, successfully changing the purse color in time. I'm now waiting for my item to ship, and everything has been positive so far!
