I am currently selling my flat through Gordon Brown Law and have never experienced such dire service or communication. I have chased my conveyancer 5 times for an update on where the process is and haven't heard anything back from her for weeks, it's absolutely shocking and extremely frustrating! I also cannot get through to the firm on their phone after many attempts and 15-30 mins on hold each time, so I am lost as to where to go. Based on my experience so far, I would advise avoiding Gordon Brown Law at all costs.
