We used Gordon Brown Law as first time home buyers. Throughout the entire process we were largely kept in the dark. Communication was extremely poor, and despite repeatedly reaching out for updates, we often received no response at all. Even simple confirmations, such as whether our documents had been received, went unanswered.
This lack of communication made what is already a stressful process far more difficult than it needed to be. Others in our property chain were also confused and frustrated by how long things were taking, especially when weeks would pass without any response from our solicitor.
Overall, the experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Gordon Brown Law to anyone.
