The week before I legally completed Faith went on holiday and my telephone calls didn’t get returned until a lady called Kate stepped in. She was great and kept me informed even after completion. If you are happy to sit and complete hundreds of questions on an app there is no reason not to use this company. If I was ever to move house again I would definitely deal with a solicitor where you can go inside and speak to them face to face.
