We found the process from start to finish mostly positive. The staff were extremely helpful. The only issue we had was dropping the car off at Auckland airport. We did a one way hire from Wellington where we collected the car directly from the airport and were not advised the drop off was offsite at Auckland airport with a shuttle service available. A quick phone call to them when we couldn’t find the drop off park at Auckland airport resolved this.
