Ordered a case for my new phone on 2/16/26. Tracking shows a USPS label was created on 2/17/26 but there has been ZERO movement on my order. Meanwhile, calls to their customer service are answered by a BOT and then informed they are having "network issues." Emails get a bounce back message encouraging to use their NEW CHAT FEATURE for a faster response. But there is never a response. Just another scam where I'll have to dispute with American Express and file a complaint with the BBB. Buyers Beware!!!UPDATE:After posting this review, I received over 15 disgusting and threatening emails sent in rapid fire succession by the owner, James Coleman. He referred to me as sweetheart and honey and many nasty diminutive terms unfit to print. He continued to email me for days threatening legal action and sent a bunch of bold-faced lies to the BBB in response to my complaint.
