Oh if I could give a negative one. I WOULD. Do not buy. Products are joke. They advertise that they use gorilla glass. They DO NOT USE GORILLA GLASS. They use plastic. I lightly ran my finger nail across the plastic and it gouged it. Blatant false advertising. You cannot return anything that has been touched. If they were to accept a return there is a $20 restock fee. Then they give a store credit. Don't be duped like I was.

SCAM SCAM SCAM and DANGEROUS OWNER

Ordered a case for my new phone on 2/16/26. Tracking shows a USPS label was created on 2/17/26 but there has been ZERO movement on my order. Meanwhile, calls to their customer service are answered by a BOT and then informed they are having "network issues." Emails get a bounce back message encouraging to use their NEW CHAT FEATURE for a faster response. But there is never a response. Just another scam where I'll have to dispute with American Express and file a complaint with the BBB. Buyers Beware!!!UPDATE:After posting this review, I received over 15 disgusting and threatening emails sent in rapid fire succession by the owner, James Coleman. He referred to me as sweetheart and honey and many nasty diminutive terms unfit to print. He continued to email me for days threatening legal action and sent a bunch of bold-faced lies to the BBB in response to my complaint.

Purchased 2 cases

Purchased 2 cases. Neither was the correct color. Have sent multiple emails, following their very specific requirements for requesting a return, and have not received a response. This is the poorest customer services I have ever encountered. Their AI chat bot is super unhelpful, and the phone number provided went to voicemail.

So it seems like Redpepper cases (redpeppercases.com) is also a "front" for the store Gorilla cases. I ordered a Samsung S20 Spigen case. This store was the only place I could find it. It took 2 weeks for them to ship to me after I emailed them about 3 times I got a response, but it was from Gorrila Cases. They said it would ship. And it did!But when I opened it was a rip-off case. I emailed them back with no response.

Don’t buy from Gorilla Cases. Total scam

If anyone is thinking from buying anything from this vendor, save yourself the aggravation. I ordered an iphone case and received the wrong one. I reported the error 2 weeks ago, they responded saying they would send the correct one. After multiple email follow ups, no response. This is a scam.

Worst place to by a phone case.

Worst place to by a phone case.Missing peice for samsung fold, was the front face cover. The case came in a plastic sleve that was white on one side grey on the other. You have know idea what they sent you till you open package. Find out that missing peices. Fill a claim and you open there nothing they can do. Do not buy from gorilla case all China, sell fraudulent products out of there sweat shop. No refund, no solving or problem. They never reply back, and you ship item to them as stated, it was open you want it back 10 more to ship and out you have to pay ship it to them to begin the process. If you get them finally say OK after spent money to ship it to them. They have a automatic $20 restocking fee and a service fee $10 . Its a ccp sweat shop fraudulent company.

Absolutely Disgusting!!!

Delivery definitely not product ordered. Won't reply to concerns at all. $85 phone case ordered and supplied with a rubbish cheap case and a screen protector for a different phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Ha ! Just read the reviews!If you are in the UK do not buy from this Company 1. Product quality (iPad case) is poor. Cheap and tacky plastic. I won’t be putting my new iPad in this .2. Customer service appalling. No email response. Chat function was rude - and downright insulting.3. The company returns and exchange policy is not complaint with UK distance selling regulations . Against UK law there is effectively no right to return products.Avoid Avoid Avoid
