Absolutely appalling service. Ordered and PAID FOR my item 2.5 weeks ago and it’s still not dispatched. I have chased multiple times, only to be fobbed off with vague and unhelpful responses - or no response at all. Meanwhile, my inbox is overwhelmed with their marketing emails! I will never ever buy anything online from Gorman again. Like ever.
