Wowser. 62 years old and I have never resorted to posting bad reviews. This company takes the cake
Shoes look great online. Look great when you receive them.
Can you wear them? - nope
Can you possibly wear them if you endure some blisters for a few weeks? - nope
Due to the build of the shoe, the inflexibility, you literally cannot walk normally for even a step
Is 130$ worth it for ornamental shoes? - nope
Can you get a refund? Apparently nope
Going hard and legal on this
Happy to spend 100 times the cost of these shoes to get this company to do the right thing.
Customer service?
Be patient as it takes an average of 2 weeks to get any response
And when you do get a response it’s dismissive and caustic
There are soooo many good companies out there
Avoid this one at all costs!!!!!!

Ordering is easy, and my item arrived well packaged and within a very short time.I like the item very much, but could have done with a size,maybe two smaller. I have found, for me anyway, sizes run quite large - a 10 maximum would have been best - I usually wear an 12. Item is good quality and ideal for Autumn/ Spring.
Excellent quality clothes, knowledgeable and respectful staff who positively communicate with older adults. These ladies are interested in your comments and suggestions and certainly know their stock. It is always a pleasure to venture into a Gorman store.
I have to say the shop was a bit cramped and the racks were really jam packed with beautiful clothes. However the types of clothes were difficult to see as the colours are so beautiful and bright all in one place. It was good that I had researched what I wanted and checked if it was in store so I went straight there. Such good quality gear. Really nice quality fabrics. I have bought too much. The fit is lovely too.
