I ordered a BOSCH GAL18V-160 18V Lithium-Ion 16 Amp Turbo Charger with Power Boost (compatible with CORE18V batteries) on 09/12/2025 (Order Number: GO002696092).
After a few days, I checked their website and saw that the order was still “under process.” I tried calling them several times, but they did not answer. I also sent multiple emails and follow-ups.
After a few weeks, I finally received a response informing me that the item was out of stock. I then decided to cancel my order, and they confirmed the cancellation. However, I am still waiting for the refund.
I have nearly lost hope of receiving my refund of around 500 AED. I feel that I have been cheated. Do not order from Goshoprig.
