I have order from 2 month ago they never delivered my order or returned my money or even replied for my calls, emails and messages.

I ordered on 09/12/2025 with a promised delivery by 21/12/2025. The full payment was charged, and I received a confirmation email. However, the items were never sent, and the tracking number is invalid. I’ve tried contacting the company via their Chatbot, support hotline, and emails but have not received any responses. I've reported this to the consumer rights authority.

I sent an email to their support, which seems nonexistent. I even visited the listed address, and the company isn’t there! Please refrain from ordering from this site; they take your money without delivering. I placed an order on November 27th, and it’s still in process. This feels like a scam, and I plan to report it to consumer protection authorities.
