I strongly recommend not using this service. I made a hotel reservation for an event in Chicago that was later cancelled. The hotel confirmed they never received any payment from the service and my reservation was cancelled without any penalty. No refund was issued because no funds were collected, meaning the service kept all of my payment while not paying the hotel or providing the room. When I contacted them for a refund, they hid behind a so-called 'non-refundable policy,' which doesn't apply in cases of event cancellations. I had to dispute the charges and file complaints just to get my money back. This company engages in unfair and unethical business practices. If something goes wrong, they will not help you. Save yourself the stress and time. Do NOT book with this service.
