The worst experience

The worst experience! I booked with them, and they took my money. I've been waiting in front of the hotel for hours. I talked to multiple agents, and they still can't resolve the issue. They are rude and now claim I need to cancel my reservation and will return my money in ten days. Very unprofessional!

I strongly advise against using this service. I made a hotel reservation for an event in Chicago, but the event was cancelled. The hotel confirmed they never received any payment, and my reservation was cancelled without penalty. No refund was issued because no funds were collected. This means the service kept my payment despite not paying the hotel or providing the room. When I sought a refund, they referenced a 'non-refundable policy' that doesn’t apply in event cancellation cases. Their claims contradicted what the hotel confirmed. I had to dispute charges and file complaints just to try to recover my money. This company engages in unfair and unethical practices. If issues arise, they will not assist you. Save yourself the trouble. Do NOT use this service.

I just made a reservation a short time ago for tomorrow instead of today. I called the service and they promised to call me back, but I never received a call. I didn't check reviews beforehand. One star.

I strongly recommend not using this service. I made a hotel reservation for an event in Chicago that was later cancelled. I repeat! Do NOT use this service! They will take your money and leave you stranded. Upon arrival, the hotel staff informed us they never received any booking or payment. We sent numerous emails and made many calls, but nothing was resolved. We wasted hours trying to fix this issue while traveling. The stress was unbearable. This company is dishonest and untrustworthy. Always confirm with your hotel directly before traveling. Their behavior is unacceptable and they are scamming people. Avoid this service!

I paid them - they never paid the hotel

I booked a reservation for my brother using my credit card, but the service charged me and never paid the hotel. My brother had to pay again. I tried contacting customer service, but it was impossible to get through. They just asked me to leave a message without any follow-up. My credit card company wouldn't refund me because the service claimed I didn't cancel properly. From now on, I'm booking directly with hotels.
