I repeat! Do NOT use this service! They will take your money and leave you stranded. Upon arrival, the hotel staff informed us they never received any booking or payment. We sent numerous emails and made many calls, but nothing was resolved. We wasted hours trying to fix this issue while traveling. The stress was unbearable. This company is dishonest and untrustworthy. Always confirm with your hotel directly before traveling. Their behavior is unacceptable and they are scamming people. Avoid this service!
