I put in that I needed a room for 3 guests for 3 nights and they booked me in a Queen room so we thought that we could request a cot or pull out sofa room...WRONG! Not only did the hotel KNOW we had 3 guests, they had no rooms to accommodate us...1 person had to rest on a recliner...Hallway WREAKED of WEED (Non-Smoking Hotel) and when we unplugged a lamp to use outlet for a laptop charge, ALL OF THE POWER blew out (it was 9pm) by 10 PM, they could not get power back on so they moved us to another room where the TV didn't work and the room/hallway WREAKED of cat urine! We had to check out super early in the morning and tried to find other accommodations for the remaining 2 nights. We asked the hotel for a refund and they sad we could get it from GoSplitty since GoSplitty paid for the room (with my $) So GoSplitty gave me a hard time to get a refund and would only refund me for the unused 2 nights...VERY poor customer service and I know the hotel gave GoSplitty the full refund and they were very sorry for all of the inconveniences but thier hands were tied to GoSplitty...I will never use this service again and I will be sure to share my experience with all I know looking for booking services... If we would have received a full refund, we would have given GoSplitty another try but with how it ended, I am no fool to use them again!
