Absolute scammers; they don’t inform you of all the subscription conditions until after you’ve already paid for the package or service you wanted to purchase. On top of that, they only give you partial information about it, which is completely illegal. Their goal is to deceive the consumer. If you check their Instagram pages, for example in Spain as well as the UK and Ireland, you’ll see more testimonials in their posts from other people affected by their scams.
They repeatedly claim in every review that they will help you or get in touch with you, but they either never do, or when they finally respond it’s only to wash their hands of the issue and avoid any responsibility. And then, when you point out their scam, they completely distance themselves. Totally not recommended; it’s much better to contact teachers directly online and avoid intermediary platforms like this, which are only looking to take your money.
