I love the structure in the lessons, Masoud is also very polite and nice to talk to. Every lesson he starts off by asking how I am (recently I've gotten into the habit of asking how he is too), and asks what I would like to do in the lesson.
Masoud shows you the entire specification for your exam board and presents it to you in a structured and intuitive manner.
During lessons he demonstrates and shares his interests and nuanced understandings in physics by giving real life examples of many physical phenomena.

At the start of year 12 A-levels, I was working at a grade D. Right now, I'm doing my final set of A-level mock exams in year 13 and I'm (so far) predicted an A!
I love when teachers have genuine interests in their subjects and I love it even more when they share it with their pupils. Masoud does this exceptionally.

We had a 6 months contract. Their teachers keep rescheduling classes (at the last minute) their system doesn’t allow cancelations so they just postpone the classes. Getting to customer service is a nightmare - they do not offer an extension (however after multiple multiple follow ups - they did allow us a month more to complete the classes - and we still couldn’t as the teachers canceled almost every day! It’s the most frustrating experience we have ever had not to mention keeping time aside for this and not getting a class. My kid hasn’t improved at all because of this inconsistency.

You have my contact details - I tried speaking to customer service as well on WhatsApp chat as suggested by you - they said my account manager will reach out - again NOTHING! And today (2nd last day of my subscription) the tutor again canceled 2 classes that he had rescheduled to today. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional platform. I wish I knew how to sue them

I made a payment of over £100 in November 2025, enrolling solely because of a specific tutor who was teaching A-level Chemistry for my daughter’s first year.

Shortly after joining, that tutor left the company. It later became clear that she had been mistreated and moved to another organisation. As the programme was no longer suitable for my daughter, and the alternative tutors offered were not a good fit, I was explicitly promised a full refund.

Since then, the experience has been extremely poor.

Despite repeated assurances, no refund has been processed. I have been asked multiple times to provide the same information, including bank statements, IBAN details, and proof of payment, all of which I supplied. As of February 2026, I am still chasing the refund.

I have had three separate phone calls with their support team. Each time, I am told that the support staff are “not authorised” to make payments, yet they refuse to provide any contact details for the payments or finance team. There is no clear escalation process, and no accountability.

Based on my experience, this appears to be a heavily sales-driven organisation rather than an education-focused one. Tutors do not seem to be treated well, and the emphasis appears to be on signing up as many clients as possible. While everything is fine as long as you continue paying, the moment you try to leave or request a refund, the process becomes obstructive and frustrating.

I have since found far better online tutors who genuinely care about their students and provide a much more personal and professional service.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Struggling to get my deposit back for over 2 months!

I paid for a month with a specific tutor who then left the company. I was assured a refund, but two months later I'm still pursuing it. I wouldn't recommend them. They encourage a long-term membership, and once you send them money, it's hard to get it back. There's no process for complaints either. It seems like a very small operation run by just a couple of people. I would advise against using their services as it feels like a scam.
