I paid for a month for a specific tutor who later left the company. I was assured a refund, but two months later, I'm still trying to get it. I wouldn't recommend using them. They encourage a long-term membership, and once you send them money, they seem unwilling to refund it. There's also no clear complaint process. It appears to be a very small operation managed by just a couple of people. I suggest steering clear of them; it feels like a scam.
